Certain’s New Head of Marketing Signals Company’s Heightened Focus on Helping Businesses Transform Their Events

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – January 6, 2020 – Certain is thrilled to announce James Huddleston’s promotion to vice president of marketing. In this new role, James will lead Certain’s growing marketing team in its support of the company’s efforts to help businesses redefine the success of their in-person events through stronger data and automation.

James’ new role comes at a critical time for the events industry. Today, with so many disparate sources of data, companies are often left with fragmented and inconsistent results, and an inability to deliver ROI. James has served as senior director of product marketing at Certain for the past three years. He started his career in sales, and went on to hold account management and customer success positions working with and consulting Fortune 500 technology companies. With this diverse background, James has obtained a strong perspective on working across different organizations, setting him up for success in this new vice president role at Certain.

James’ appointment also comes at a momentous time for Certain as our company deepens its focus on championing the customer journey – and to help with these efforts we’re looking to hire across the board for our customer success, marketing, and sales teams!
